David Cohen - President & CEO and Director

Mr. Cohen has over 25 years experience in executive, senior operating, project development and commercial positions with major global resource and construction companies in the mining, petroleum and construction sectors. He was the Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Wheaton Gold Corp from July 2008 until March 2011 when Gold Wheaton was acquired by Franco-Nevada for $1 billion and prior to that, from August 2002 to October 2007, he was Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Orion Resources Inc. which was subsequently acquired by Yamana for $1.5 Billion. He is a co-founder and Chairman of Eastern Platinum Ltd, one of the larger global platinum producers and a director of a number of other public and private companies.

Horng Dih Lee - Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Lee has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury and administration in public mining companies. He is currently Non-Executive Director of Orosur Mining Inc. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Eastern Platinum Ltd. from November 2007 to July 2016. Mr. Lee obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with Deloitte and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Eastern Platinum, he held senior financial positions with Northern Orion Resources Inc. Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. and Diamond Fields Resources Inc.

Paul Larkin - Director

Mr. Larkin brings in excess of 40 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets to the Company. Mr. Larkin is currently President of New Dawn Holdings Ltd., an independent consulting firm providing administration and financial advisory services to a number of private and public companies. Mr. Larkin is also the CEO and President of Tyner Resources Ltd., President and Director of Gstaad Capital Corp., Founder, Director and Audit Chair of U.S. Geothermal Inc., and a Director of Westbridge Energy Corporation and Condor Resources Inc., all public resource companies.

Ray Power - Director

Mr. Power is the Co-founder and CEO of PRG PLC, a Maltese based Plc focused on the commercialisation of innovative refining technologies to guarantee technology clients a high quality, highly innovative product choice from conflict and child labour free sources. In 2016 PRG opened its first fully operational, internationally certified, refinery for tantalum and niobium to showcase its first innovations in refining technology. Located in Macedonia it is one of only 44 EICC compliant certified refineries in the world, one of only 29 which can refine ore as well as electronic waste scrap, and one of only four such producers in Europe. The refinery also houses PRG's Innovation Centre, "PRG Labs", where it continues to develop refining processes and patents for a range of commercially important rare and minor metals and alloys.

Mr. Power previously founded a successful mining consultancy company which invested in developing new mineral beneficiation technologies and metallurgical processes as well as developing its own mining exploration concessions. In addition to his role in PRG he also serves as an honorary member of the award winning British Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and Macedonia where he has led high level governmental international trade delegations.

Pablo Marcet - Director

Mr. Marcet is a seasoned mining professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the exploration, development, and operation of mines across Latin America and in East Africa. During his career, Mr. Marcet has held senior management positions in geology, mining operations, and business development, including 15 years at BHP Billiton. He also served as President of Northern Orion Resources' South American operations before the company's acquisition by Yamana Gold, and later as Chief Executive Officer of Waymar Resources, until its acquisition by Orosur Mining. Mr. Marcet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, a Master's degree in Economic Geology from Harvard University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
